Baby Massage Classes
Our baby massage classes will teach you how to give your baby a full body massage, including how to prepare for the massage, when it is safe and not safe to massage your baby, the different types of oils which can be used safely, the benefits of baby massage and much more.
The power of touch through baby massage can be very effective, not only for the baby receiving the massage, but also for the person giving the massage. Benefits can be of both a physical and mental nature.
All of our classes are bookable on a first come first served basis and are very popular so pre-booking is advisable! Please contact us to request a place and we will get back to you to confirm your booking with us.
@Home One-to-One Baby Massage Classes
A one-to-one baby massage class in the comfort of your own home costs £25 per hour (£20 for grandparents/carers). One-to-one teaching allows you to be confident in your technique, and all without the hassle of having to organise leaving the house with a new baby!
@Home Group Baby Massage Classes
Our group baby massage classes are held for small groups of 3-6 people in your own home and allow you and your baby to socialise with other like-minded mothers and babies whilst learning baby massage techniques. These classes are not only great fun but also a good way of keeping in contact with other new mums. It is popular for ante-natal groups to get together for baby massage classes, each person taking turns as host. Classes cost £20 per person for one hour.
Group Baby Massage Classes - various venues
As well as visiting you in your own home, we organise baby massage classes held at various local venues around Epsom, Surrey (easy parking provided).
These classes are held for small groups of 3-6 and cost just £12.50 per person for a 1½ hour class. Refresher classes are available so that you can develop your technique and feel more confident in applying your new skills.
- Our classes are held in small groups to ensure personalised attention.
- Classes are baby lead – its okay for babies to cry.
- Supportive group sessions where parents can share experiences and learn from each other while having fun.
- Recommended age for group classes is from birth to pre crawling.
Please note: Oils, mats and cushions will be provided, but please bring along your own towels, wipes, nappy sacks etc. to the class. Baby should be fed before attending class.
